How Recommendations Work
Our system combines two separate processes:
- Rule-Based Engine (Your Data): Applies your hedging rules to your exposures and generates threshold-based recommendations. This runs entirely within your secure data boundary.
- AI Analysis (Market Data): Separately analyzes current market conditions, identifies opportunities and risks, and suggests strategic alternatives. Has zero knowledge of your company.
- Aggregation: Our backend combines both outputs and presents them to you. The AI's market insights are contextualized against your rules, but the AI never sees your rules.

AI Provider
We use a leading large language model for market analysis. The AI processes only the market data we send (spot rates, historical stats, forward curves) and has no access to our storage systems or your company data.
We do not train custom models on your data. All AI calls are stateless and do not persist your information.
Data Retention
Your Company Data: Stored securely until you delete your account. We maintain versioned backups for recovery purposes.
AI Requests: Market data sent to AI is not stored by us. AI provider policies apply to API calls (typically not retained for training).
Audit Logs: We log all access to your data (who, when, what) for security monitoring. Logs retained for 90 days.
